In einem kleinen Wohnhaus, gebaut in 1928 mit insgesamt nur 3 Wohnungen stehen nach umfangreicher Sanierung und Renovierung die Wohnungen zur WG-Nutzung bereit. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss besteht aus 3 separaten Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad - alles einzeln von der zentralen Diele begehbar. Die Wohnungen sind komplett möbliert: - Küchen sind Gemeinschaftszimmer und bieten eine komplette EBK mit E-Herd, Ceranfeld, Spüle, Spülmaschine und jede Menge Stauraum - die 3 Zimmer jeder Wohnung sind ebenfalls komplett möbliert. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett (80x200; ausziehbar auf 160x200), ein 2-Sitzer-Sofa, ausreichend Kleiderschränke und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Garten, der allen Mietern zur Verfügung steht. Nun steht Zimmer Nr. 2 im Dachgeschoss zum Bezug ab 4. Oktober zur Verfügung. Zum Mietbeginn wird auch das Zimmer 2 neu bezogen, es zieht ein Student (Anfang 20) ein. In Zimmer 3 wohnt seit 2021 eine Studentin, auch Sie ist Mitte 20....
